Zirconitedirect warrants to the original consumer for the rest of their life from the date of purchase that the purchased article of jewelry is free of defect in materials and workmanship under normal wear. This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. Delivery: All stock items will be shipped same week by UPS 3-Day Air unless instructed otherwise. Items not in stock & special orders will be shipped approximately in two to five weeks.

Special Order: Modifications of an items design, shape, color of stones and ring sizes are considered special orders. Absolutely no returns on special orders, Trend items & Discontinued Merchandice.
TERMS
All accounts except prepaid orders will be shipped via UPS, C.O.D Money Order or Certified check(s). Payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover Cards are positively encouraged
Claims: All claims for defective and shortages must be claimed within seven (7) days upon receipt of merchandise.
RETURNS
Returned items may be subjected to handling and a restocking fee of 15%. Return Authorization (RA#) Number must be obtained by Calling 800-858-6541. If any item came with a tag, it must be returned with the tag. NO FREE SHIPPING on any returns.
